mi-yogaḥ is founded by Vidhi Sohdi and the principle teaching is in the tradition of T.Krishnamacharya. Yoga therapy is the hallmark of the Krishnamacharya tradition. In refusing to standardize the methodology of teaching yoga, Sri Krishnamacharya created highly individualised practices relevant for every student from every walk of life.
